Recommendation
Ideal as an easily digestible source of carbohydrates before or after training or as a snack.
Mix 50 g of powder (2 heaped measuring scoops) with 200-250 ml hot or 300 ml cold water (vary the amount of water depending on the desired consistency).

Reispudding der perfekt für schnelle Pre- oder Post-Workout Mahlzeiten ist
Ich nutze den Reispudding von nutri+ jetzt schon eine ganze Weile. Die Zubereitung geht super schnell und die Konsistenz wird immer schön cremig, fast wie Grießbrei. Da er ohne Zuckerzusatz auskommt, kombiniere ich ihn mit Früchten, Zimt und meist Proteinpulver. Mich hält er für 4 Stunden satt. Einfach die perfekte Mahlzeit vor, nach dem Training oder für längere Fahrten. Ich werde definitiv wieder bestellen! 💪

Ist in Ordnung
Ich denke, dass man mit dem Reispudding eine Weile hinkommt, wenn man täglich 40-50g isst. Der Geschmack ist am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, rührt man es aber als Porridge ein und gibt ein paar Zusätze (Proteinpulver, Früchte) dazu, ist es in Ordnung. Ich kann dieses Produkt dennoch empfehlen, es gibt auch ein gutes Sättigungsgefühl und hat weniger Kalorien im Vergleich zu morgendlichen Haferflocken.
During extrusion, the rice flour is pressed out through a defined opening under pressure and at a high temperature. The resulting, shaped mass is called an extrudate. This special process does not produce a smooth powder, but a consistency similar to granules. Our nutri+ Rice Pudding therefore resembles a semolina pudding in terms of consistency.
But don't worry: extrusion only changes the texture and shape of the rice flour; the nutrients it contains are not negatively affected by the high temperatures. The process only has a positive effect on the end product. This is because extrusion causes the complex carbohydrates in the rice flour to be broken down and thus made more digestible.
Our nutri+ Rice Pudding contains 4 g of protein per portion (50 g). The focus with rice pudding is therefore not on the protein content, but on the high amount of carbohydrates. However, the protein content can easily be increased by adding protein powder.
Our nutri+ Rice Pudding is ideal as a pre- or post-workout meal. Before training, the complex carbohydrates it contains provide long-lasting energy and after training, eating rice pudding can help to refill your glycogen stores. Of course, you can also use rice pudding as a snack between meals.
- Put 50 g rice pudding powder (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) in a bowl
- Add 150–200 ml cold water or plant-based milk (depending on desired consistency).
- Stir well and let stand for 2–3 minutes – done!
- Optional: Add protein powder, flavoring powder, fruit, nuts, or seeds to taste.
Tip: Use more liquid for a creamier consistency, less for a firmer pudding.
